meethi.in accepts online orders from Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Faridabad only. meethi.in takes full responsibility to send the order in insulated bags which maintain the temperature of the items. Meethi uses only self owned bikes and cars for delivery and no 3rd party courier service is used.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order through phone (9711781000) and email to customercare@meethi.in. Cancellation is valid only for 30 minutes after placing the order. Since the article of sale is a food product, we are sorry about the short refund timeline. Your order amount less the payment gateway charges will be refunded.
In the event where meethi is not able to deliver the product due to no-stock or other reasons, entire order amount will be refunded.
Exchange Policy
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. You make a request through phone (9711781000) and email to customercare@meethi.in.
Refund Policy
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a minimum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email/SMS. Having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
